Minute 1: 12 burpees

Minute 2: 24 kb goblet squats

Minute 3: 24 kb swings

Minute 4: 12 db thrusters

Minute 5: 12 box jumps

Minute 6: 24 kb reverse lunges

Minute 7: 60 sec plank

Minute 8: rest
